This page is dedicated to the folks at the AOL Message boards. Without them I wouldn't be so "smart" when it came to being dedicated to this diet. Too bad I can't stop cheating!!! :P They have been there for over 3 years now. Welcoming me back everytime I cheat and leave. Then come back and cheat, leave and come back.
